Oh, there's a little tool I got on Amazon for like $7 that totally fixed it! I snagged another sweater, my own fault, and the tool fixed that too. It's great to have on hand. Here's one on Walmart that looks like the one I have. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Dritz-Knit-Picker-3/27723055
