I make full use of facial blotting sheets - they 'suck up' all the surface oil and leave your makeup, blush, etc. intact. You can use them as often as needed, quickly and easily. Maybe not ideal since it requires intervention but it's better than glomming up your face with stuff and still ending up oily and too shiny.
