Not sure you're skill level, just remember to not set it on anything dirty, metal, or is close to liquids. Clear all that stuff first, liquid in any containers on the floor, battery on a silicone mat or 100% cotton towel, or both, mat then towel. Jacketed alligator clips, on the battery strips, to DC power supply. Something like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09YSJQWRG I wouldn't exceed your current per pack voltage, and maybe keep the amps at or below 3A, till about 3.7v, then reduce to 1A till 4.16ish. higher current, faster you'll build dendrites and heat. Monitor it like a hawk.
