Friendly reminder to all of us.. it's okay to ask for help. It's okay to express yourself, it's okay to have feeling, sit with those feeling and share them. Everyone deserves love, and happiness. It's okay to be vulnerable. It's okay to not be okay. I'm a early 40s male and I started therapy about 8 months ago. As someone who has not cried much in their life, I've cried the most i ever have in the past 6 months. Part of it was from going through a breakup, some of it unrelated. Here are some books I've either started to read or plan on reading to better myself as a person and for those I care about. https://www.amazon.com/dp/0743243153?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title https://www.amazon.com/dp/1592408419?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title https://www.amazon.com/dp/0593718720?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title Cheers!
