It’s made of 400mm 4040 aluminum extrusion with custom 3D printed corner brackets. I tapped the ends of the 4040 so that I could screw the corner blocks into place with M8 bolts. Aluminum 4040: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D9QBYH5L
