Congrats on your weight loss. You’ll want something like these Ring Spacers. They stick to the inside of your ring (make sure they don’t cover the sensors!) and snug it right up. I used these for my Gen 2 after I lost a bunch of weight. They’re cheap, easy to apply, stay on for weeks, are fully waterproof, and come off cleanly. If you have a Gen 3, you can even recharge with them still applied. For my Gen 2 I removed them to charge, but the adhesive was persistent enough that I could reapply them through 2 or 3 rechargings.
