https://a.co/d/0gzoWhyp This might be one of the best deals you can get currently— it’s stainless steel for $25, which means you can drop it endlessly and it should hold up, and ThomasBalisong is known for making quality stuff at a more affordable price. Otherwise I would recommend the Nabalis Impulse, which I believe is in the $30-40 price range. The Nabalis Canyon is one other decent option, I think the live blade is around 50. Like everyone else is recommending though, I think you should start with a trainer if you want to do tricks— cutting yourself to learn isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. I actually think it’s more satisfying to learn on a trainer and then drop a live blade right before you cut yourself when you feel that you messed up, because you have the skill to know you messed up and avoid getting hurt. Cutting yourself just feels bad, but I do get a bit of dopamine when I let the knife fall because I know it was about to cut me, and therefore avoid getting cut lol.
