I had some success with comfort truss, who does not sell on Amazon but makes a very low profile truss that worked well for about half a year. As my surgery approached, the hernia got a little more pronounced and I found this hernia brief, https://a.co/d/0aBedFEd that worked very well if I was able to limit my range of motion a little because they are so dang tight. No Velcro or adjustment, just briefs that are tight and non-elastic you have to shimmy on. I would have replaced it after a month with a new one if I had not had the operation finally.
