Hi, you are dealing with compression lows. It happens to us all at night when you put too much compression on your CGM and it gives you a false low, hence compression lows. I get these from Amazon that comes with a plastic cap like cover that has eliminated my compression lows at night when I sleep on my arm. Also, according to the FreeStyle website:FreeStyle Libre 3 & Libre 3 Plus: Measures and updates glucose readings in the companion app every minute. Historic data points are stored in the app every 5 minutes. Sometimes I'll get a high alert alarm after a big meal and I'll instantly go outside for a brisk walk and it will quickly go down and the high alarm ends up never getting recorded because I was able to get my number down before the 5 minute recording. I consider it my little loophole. Good luck!

I use these from Amazon that comes with a plastic cap like piece that helps with compression lows and bumps. I use them for the hot tub and pool all the time. They work great. Good luck!

I use these from Amazon that have a plastic cap piece that goes over the CGM to protect it and I haven’t gotten any compression lows any longer and I haven’t bumped it off like I have before. It works great for me. Good luck!

Oh gotcha! You may be bumping it more than you realize. I get these sensor covers from Amazon that comes with a plastic cap like cover that protects the sensor from compression lows and falling off from bumping and wear and tear. These have worked great for me. Good luck!

You may be dealing with compression lows. It looks like it’s been happening at night. You may be sleeping or putting pressure on it and it is giving false lows due to compression. I’ve found that getting these sensor covers from Amazon have helped fix the problem for me. They come with a plastic cap like cover that goes over the sensor to help not get compression lows alarms. You can also turn off your alarms for up to six hours to help too. Good luck!

It’s a compression low. I use these that I got online to solve the compression lows. It comes with a plastic “cap” like cover to go over the sensor to stop the compression lows from happening. Good luck!
