Raynaud’s unite! Preferably away from cold things lol. Having to rummage through the freezer for something is such a pain and then I’ll probably drop whatever it is anyway. And then my hands will have to recover so I don’t accidentally chop off a finger. Also frozen cocktails don’t look as appetising when the glass is wrapped with serviettes / napkins (champagne problems lol). During food prep I wear insulated food safe gloves or thermal liners under a food safe nitrile glove. I avoid the wool ones because I’m allergic, but I’ve heard they’re very good. I’ve used thermal liners under one of those cut resistant gloves too. Get thin ones that are used for winter outdoor sports and wick away moisture. Obviously anything covering your hands will inhibit touch and dexterity but the thin liners less so. I try to use appliances that don’t require me to handle cold ingredients too much. I get these thermasilk liners from a local store but I see they’re on Amazon too: https://www.amazon.com/Terramar-Adult-Thermasilk-Glove-Liner/dp/B0CFYJMCZ1
