I second Salty Bar. Please get a second opinion. If you don’t know of another good vet, ask and search on a local Facebook group and Nextdoor. Did they give her steroid injection? She could have a slipped disc and this would cause swelling and a lot of pain. A steroid would help with this. I would also call the vet again and tell them how long it has been since she lastpeed, because not going for more than 8 hours can lead to other problems. You may have to take her to a Vet Neurologist and possibly have an MRI done if her pain doesn’t improve. My heart goes out to you and your pup. I know you must be so overwhelmed.
