There's quite a bit to go off when it comes to upgrading and a few options when it come to price. Just from knowing what kind of hard drive you have i know your computer can take a SATA SSD like this. https://a.co/d/0gB5WY5t But your computer might be able to support a more modern NvME SSD that looks like this https://a.co/d/04gFqR7S. This kind of drive connects directly to your mother board so it depends if your mother board supports it and what generation it can support. But these are the fastest option. As far as swapping it, there's two options. You can either clone your current hard drive to a new ssd and keep EVERYTHING how it is. This only works if you get a drive big enough to hold the data you currently have stored. Or you can do a fresh installation of windows on the SSD and coppy your files over from your HDD. Its a bit of a proccess but you'll practically feel like you have a new PC in speed. If its too much of a job any good computer shop can do it easy.
