I'm going to give my two cents. Because everyone else is. I think there is something in your environment that is causing this. I'm sure you clean and use things to ensure you have a safe/clean environment. I have been using thymol based cleaners for a couple of years. This seems better than harsh cleaners like bleach. I would start looking at external possible issues since you've changed diets etc.
