I live in Elk Grove and I’ve had this problem off and on. I’ve also noticed that they will crawl up the drains so I keep all the drains closed. I set up sticky traps in areas outside around my house and then I also use this roach bait. I haven’t had one inside the house for a couple of years. Use this shit, it really works. My parents had a terrible roach situation and its a non issue anymore. https://a.co/d/02P39Y1G I put it on any surface they were seen on, and in all the corners of the kitchen, behind appliances, under the sink, baseboards, cupboards and cabinets. They were good after like a month.
