If ampoules are your only option (not just being cheaper), you can transfer to a vial but this tutorial is lacking some safety precautions. You need to find out if the amps contain benzyl alcohol. If there’s no benzyl alcohol, you’ll need to buy it separately and add it to a final concentration of 1.5-2%. For example, take 5 amps, filter the full volume from each of them into a sterile vial so you’ll have approximately 5 ml in the vial, then add 0.1 ml of BA. This part is less crucial, but I’d highly recommend filtering it through a sterile 0.22 um hydrophobic PTFE syringe filter to get rid of any glass particulates and any contamination from opening it to the air. Note: the specific kind of filter is very important. Again, avoid ampoules if possible, but this is the safest way to store it if you have limited access.
It’s perfectly fine to do subq. Absolutely do not inject how you’re describing. There’s not really a good way of storing leftover in amps. Does it contain benzyl alcohol? If it does, you can draw it up and inject it into a sterile vial. I’d recommend filtering it through a 0.22 um hydrophobic PTFE syringe filter to get rid of any glass particulates and any contamination from opening it (I can send you a guide for doing this over DM if you want). If there’s no benzyl alcohol, you’ll need to buy it separately and add it to a final concentration of 1.5-2%. You might want to combine several amps into one vial and then add the BA to all of it so it’s easier to measure out. For example, take 5 amps, filter the full volume from each of them into a sterile vial so you’ll have approximately 5 ml in the vial, then add 0.1 ml of BA. Alternatively, you can predraw syringes, but ONLY if it contains BA. I wouldn’t prep more than 2 weeks worth, so that would still mean wasting some. It’s the cheaper option but also more risky.
