Just going to write a few things :) You're not a fuck up, this is not all you, alcoholism is a disease. It's the alcohol that is the problem. Your relapses are/have been part of your journey in quitting, it's normal for everyone who quits any kind of addiction. If you've made it almost a month before then you can do it. Start again. <3 The early days of quitting are the most difficult. What helped me a lot in my journey was just putting another drink in my hand, like a smoker would to repeat that hand to mouth motion. Try to choose something that is not an energy drink and doesn't have a lot of sugar. It can be like flavored tea packets, it can be a water bottle with cut up fruit in it, ginger ale, etc. Something good to replace alcohol. You got this friend, you can do it. IWNDWYT. :)
It's all part of the process. :) Yeah, I think the early days are the hardest. What helped me the most was just trying out new drinks for my new lifestyle. Prebiotic drinks like Poppi, Olipop, Culture Pop, etc. Sparkling water like Liquid Death or LaCroix, All kinds of flavored tea, coconut water, hint flavored water, I started buying a lot more fruit at the store. I bought a fancy water bottle to keep nearby. Anyways, you get the idea lol. Keep going, you got this!
