Okay, bit of wire tracing involved but that should not be too difficult. Check where those wires go. I suspect one of them goes directly to the lamp, the other directly to the motor. If so: The plugs are standard 110V plugs. Available at any home depot. The second one labeled motor is controlled by the pedal and has varying voltage vom 0 to 110 - so you can adjust the speed.
