I like this kit for zipper repair. It has a few sizes of new slides and top stop. You can repair this by removing the top stop, sliding a new slide on, and then clamping a replacement stop in place. IMO the hardest part is pulling the top stop if you don’t have tools. This video illustrates it if you’re a visual person. E2A: if any of the teeth are missing, it’s time for a new zipper. We used to rub plastic zippers with wax paper in my retail store to make them glide smoothly. My theory is not zipping things before washing+drying is the #1 cause of zipper trauma.
