thank you! i appreciate it :) i am not “shaving” in between sessions, i actually use this philips trimmer exclusively :) you could consider it a razor but i dont press it into my skin hard enough because i dont want to risk ingrowns. i only shaved this past week with a facial razor for the first time since december because i had my graduation ceremony and wanted to be completely smooth. unfortunately my ingrowns were most definitely from years and years of plucking with tweezers :( ive had thick facial hair since i was 16 and im 23 now, so i’d been consistently plucking and digging into my skin for 6 years at least. i also used to use pretty abrasive physical exfoliation methods which im sure didn’t help either. i’ve since stopped physically exfoliating aside from a gentle scrub a couple of times a week, and using chemical exfoliants instead for the ingrowns. i use tend skin and panoxyl on my “off weeks” and ive noticed such a huge difference in my ingrowns since then. but thank you for the advice :)
