The base is custom cut tempered glass (18 x 19.5in) from https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CRGKW53L. I think I payed around $95. Those dimensions may be hard to find pre-cut. The top glass is acutally two monitor stands back to back available on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072MLGZT5?th=1. The rubber feet I used are here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B085DMB1XV. Total cost ~$150.

Hi Professional-Player, I went the horizontal route and am very happy with it. I couldn’t find a mod to lay it on its side so I ended going with adhesive feet from Amazon (https://a.co/d/06pfoOGI). I placed the case in my TV stand so the clearances were very tight. With the feet, the case measures at 20cm (7.874”). I placed the feet on the side with the motherboard (CPU cooler standing upright) and have an exhaust fan on the top. I have a Ryzen 5 7600 (so not the most power hungry) and have experienced zero temperature change between vertical and horizontal, even with the tight clearance.
