You mentioned you have intergated graphics, which is renowned to be bad. Only really used in office PCs for simple visual tasks like Google and basic computer functions. 2d games are easier to render (no clue what you are playing, but each game is different in how much a it weights on the PC). So 3d is where it could be struggling, having to much things rendered can be too much for the intergraded graphics. So the best fix is a GPU. You need to check your PSU to find the watts, and from there you can choose a GPU. If you have a 500w, you can get a cheap GPU, RX580, it can handle most games at the lowest setting s. Or a RX9060 xt if you want to go big with a 500w. But when buying a GPU always make sure your PSU can handle the draw power and recommend PSU requirement for the card in question
