I have a different variation of this North Face Shuttle that I got in Japan. Might be worth considering as it(at least the one I have) should be able to fit all your gear in the configuration you want. https://www.amazon.com/North-NM82329-Shuttle-Daypack-Backpack/dp/B0B3JFWG84 It’s a rectangle though so not sure how you feel about that.
