Same here! I haven’t bought any of those standard US soaps in probably 40 years. A few years ago, I decided to quit using (liquid) body wash and shampoo, as the amount of plastic that stuff generates was creeping me out. I use an excellent solid shampoo from a local (MN) maker, but LOVE the bar soap by Nubian Heritage, the small company which was the origin (I think) of Shea Moisture, which made a bunch of great products which were too good to avoid being bought up by Unilever.
