As I said, I have many pairs stashed everywhere I could go. I just open one and reuse it until it gets nasty (or I lose one, or drop one, etc). It took me so long to find an earplug that works for me... These don't block 100% of noise, of course. But it's so much more than any other earplug I've tried. I definitely recommend.
