Outdoor antennas are really what you need to do better than your flat antenna. Outdoors would be better than attic but an outdoor antenna in the attic is going to beat an indoor antenna. I'd suggest this Antennas direct antenna. It'll do both UHF and VHF and is on sale for $69.99. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CGVYGHYM

You'll probably need an outdoor antenna if rabbit ears aren't working and you need one capable of receiving both UHF and hi VHF. I generally recommend this one when you aren't in a deep fringe area. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CGVYGHYM

Just pick one. I'd suggest Baltimore. WMAR 27 - ABC WNUV 25 - CW WBFF 26 - FOX WBAL 12 - NBC WJZ 11 - CBS WMPB 22 - PBS So you need a combo UHF/VHF antenna. I'd suggest the Antennas Direct Element for $70. It's overkill but pretty much guaranteed to work. https://www.amazon.com//dp/B0CGVYGHYM Indoor antennas are problematic but even a rabitt ears loop antenna will probably work for you. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01L2WKTAU

Specifically an old VHF/UHF antenna for analog broadcasts that no longer exist. It should be torn out and replaced with a high-gain HD/UHF model. Like this one. If you don't that's worth it because you hate OTA broadcasts, wait until there's an emergency. I had to be evacuated from two wildfires and a dam almost breaking. I don't skimp on antennas. Cell phones and internet are worthless when everybody is desperately overloading the networks.

The bad news is that you need UHF and Hi-VHF; the good news is that you have great signal strength to work with. An indoor TV antenna will probably work for you because of that but outdoor is always better. This would be my outdoor choice: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CGVYGHYM/ This is a smaller one that would probably work just as well in your case: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YMG5SPW Or try standard rabbit ears for indoor: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07D4YW5HR
