I LOVE me some banana peppers - I tend to pick them when they just start showing a hint of orange, so I know they're at max size and fully developed In addition to plant velcro (this is the kind I use but any is fine, just so you have an example to reference), you're likely going to need taller stakes by the end of the season, too! I have the same green ones, in 3', 5', and 7' lengths - the 7'-ers are just for tomatoes, but the 3'-ers are good for young pepper plants and 5'-ers for when they're big towards the end of the season
