I use unscented company detergent, 20ml in prewash, 40ml in main wash, I add these enzymes to the main wash and everything comes out clean and stain free. It looks like the baby version of these enzymes is on sale right now though so I might switch to that.

When doing my research it seemed like the two most important factor was the enzyme cleaner because it will clean all things and smells, and the sanitizer just goes an extra mile. Maybe this will help. I agree though the Poshmark smell is always there - I have gotten it out with this duo if I pre soak specifically and then use it again for the wash cycle.
