For my fridge drawer I added some side latches to make super super sure it never opens while driving, but honestly I forget to latch those most of the time. No more ripping my pants when my pocket catches on a knob as I walk by. If it's closed it's latched. Basically you just need to make sure all doors and hatches are closed and you're good to drive!
