This is so sadly relatable! As awkward as it will sound, here are the aids I use as an AFAB with a male partner: For missionary, I’ll usually clip a belt around my legs behind him so I can relax them without having to stabilize my hips the whole time. This allows me to have to think less about holding myself up and somewhat enjoy things For doggy style, I lay on this wedge pillow that takes the force out of my hips from each thrust and seems to take the blow of the pressure so I’m not just subluxing my hips over & over again with every thrust: wedge pillow I’m so sorry you have pain with this and I empathize so much ❤️🩹 It sucks so so so much for disability to affect intimacy like this
