I have historically had good luck with Anker products. I have this dock currently: https://a.co/d/00ECNFHv It works pretty well. It definitely powers my framework 13 as well as my steam deck at the same time. I plug in a single cable and can get 1080P on one monitor at 144 Hz and 4K on another at 60 Hz without any difficulty, as well as connecting my mouse, keyboard, Windows Hello webcam, and several other peripherals. You must use a USB 4 cable or it will not work at all, if I recall it comes with one.
