I've always heard that you dont want to use glass cleaner on monitors. If you google it, it'll basically say "NO DO NOT" because shit like windex can damage the anti-glare coatings off modern lcd/led/oled screens. I would recommend you get some microfiber clothes (I bought these awhile ago https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08BRJHJF9? ) and get them slightly wet and clean the streaks off the screen and see how it looks. If the streaks stay, you may have toasted the screen. If you;'re super hard up for cash and cant afford the clothes, nevermind I guess.
