https://a.co/d/02E7rWSv i had to buy a TENS unit after using one in PT. it uses electrical stimulation to override the nerve signals that keep a muscle tensed up, breaking the tension feedback loop. this allows it to relax and for bloodflow to be restored. sounds crazy if you havent tried it, but it works very well for me. to use just put one pad on either side of the tense spot and slowly increase the power until you feel the muscle start to tingle. use for 5-20 mins. side note: chiropractors are not medical professionals and what they do is not safe.
