I haven’t found a place to hook hooks to the seat base in the front but I only looked for like 30 seconds because I was in a rush. It doesn’t bother me they aren’t connected and I’ve been using it for 2 weeks now. I struggle with hyperhydrosis on back of my thighs the worst, so I always dread summer. I drive for a living and this has helped eliminate the sweating so far. Highly recommend!
