Big boobed woman here. You can get topical miconazole from Amazon in a multi pack for like $7. I use this every day. Life changing, and mine looked worse than yours!
There’s a nail fungus subReddit you can check; r/NailFungus. I’m glad the nail salon turned you away. That’s how I caught nail fungus. I haven’t had any help from the chemical treatments. You can get athlete’s foot feet cream at the Dollar Tree for $1.25. It has the same amount of tolnaftate as the $20 brands. This link will take you to a comment with some of my recommendations. I also tried a genetic miconazole cream I found cheap on Amazon. There’s only miconazole; no itch relief so for me it didn’t work. There are other things I started using recently that have helped. Bentonite clay powder. I bought mine from Mountain Rose Herbs. There’s no fragrance or anything else. Neem oil. The brand I use is NeemAura. Theraneem is also an excellent brand. There are herbs in the TheraNeem; NeemAura is just neem oil. I prefer the odor of NeemAura but TheraNeem and NeemAura smell equally bad. Neem smells a lot like old onions. I also started to use it for scalp psoriasis so basically I sometimes smell like old onions from head to toe. Works great for tinea and psoriasis though. I scrub my toes with an old toothbrush using PediFix Tea Tree Ultimates® FungaSoap®. Then I dry any excess water from my toes and apply the bentonite clay. I use the PediFix SteriShoe® UV Shoe Sanitizer on my shoes, sneakers and slippers. Mountain Rose Herbs sells a neem powder I want to try. Ozonated sunflower oil is supposed to work great. I haven’t tried it yet but plan to. Someone commented a while back they had good results using Concrobium. I looked up the ingredients. Nothing harmful; just a bunch of different salts.
