Every time I see a post like this I have to recommend this pore cleansing brush. Use it with your oil cleanser (use the side with the little brushes closer together). Use gentle circular motions. It cleared my sebaceous filaments and blackheads and now I just use it a couple of times a week for maintenance. Make sure you clean it after each use to prevent bacteria build up. I use alcohol wipes but you can also just use a gentle face cleanser or an antibacterial spray for facial tools. Hope this helps you! Also you have such a unique and lovely nose!
