I am using 303 Leather protector on my brand newly replaced dashboard. https://www.amazon.com/303-Leather-Cleaner-Conditioner-Protectant/dp/B0185PU34O All you really need is a UV protector as the actual leather is coated with a polyurethane coating. So you are trying to protect polyurethane, not really leather. This 303 product can be used almost everywhere in your car.
