Have you tried inositol? I had a similar experience with metformin, I couldn’t tolerate it and I also can’t tolerate birth control. I had previously tried inositol in powder form and didn’t do well with it either. Luckily I just started with a new OBGYN and she also has PCOS and has done a bunch of research into inositol. Taking it in capsule form has shown better results and it is tolerated better. Trusting her and her reading of medical journals, I gave it a shot and it’s been a game changer!! My food noise has decreased, I stay full for way longer and I am losing weight. I’ve been on it for about 2.5 months and I’ve lost about 10lbs without changing much else, if anything I’ve been less active than normal. https://a.co/d/0eY9Ihfj These are the capsules I take and they are worth every penny. 2 in the morning and 2 at night, 20-30 mins before eating. Must be the myo&d-chiro combo. I know inositol doesn’t work for everyone but we sound like we have similar issues, so it might be worth a shot. Wishing you good luck going forward! (Also, some bloodwork to check your iron and vitamin D levels if you haven’t already)

I've been taking this one for about a year now, and it's worked great for me. I always notice the difference in how I feel if I forget to take it. Definitely recommend
