I have a 2018 and I installed a CarSyncTech module in early 2024 and I love it. Wireless CarPlay (or android auto), you still get full functionality of the original head unit, and it’s been headache free since install. I certainly recommend it. You end up removing the Sirius XM module and replace with the CarSyncTech module in its place. I did have some issue with the initial update upon install but I reached out to customer service and they were able to help me within an hour and, as mentioned above it’s been issue free since. My only complaint is that when you first start the truck, your original Bluetooth will connect and start playing your music and then about 10-15 seconds after, your music will pause music and the CarPlay until will connect and automatically switch the screen.
