Just wanna point out that while that temp is at the high end, it is in spec so it's fine. I'd wanna cool it down a bit more too. You need to double check your case specs for cooler tolerance on size. But assuming it fits an Thermalright Peerless Assassin for $35-$40 would do the job great. I'd get some quality thermal paste for it too. A kit like this is a pretty good paste plus comes with the wipes you'll need to clean the current paste off your system.
