I just started packing a short weighted club and just swing it slowly at first and then build up speed and width, exaggerating my weight transfer and picking my unweighted foot up off the ground to build rhythm and loosen up my hips. I'm 51, sit a lot at work, and just that little 2-3 minute routine has really helped with this and allows me to hit some putts instead of spending my little bit of time before hitting the first tee getting loose for a while. My group is typically going from work straight to the first tee in the afternoon, so there isn't much time for anything else. Something like this
