This book might not address your question directly. But it might give you perspective on work and faith. Every Good Endeavor, by Tim Keller. All I know is, it's complicated, and I would pray to God about it for as long as you need. And seek wisdom on the matter. Talk to some older Christians who demonstrate integrity, and that you feel are able to steward God's gifts and resources in a way that honors Him. Pray that God sends them to you! And ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you passages in the bible about stewardship of wealth, jobs that aren't obviously in ministry and on the surface might even come across as anti-gospel and anti-Jesus (which personally speaking, I don't think jewelry and selling gold is). I hope it's a journey where you grow in intimacy with Jesus, know more of His heart for how He created all things, and that it will lead to greater freedom to serve His kingdom in alignment to the Father's will!
