I can understand paying the Apple luxury tax for really nice gadgets that you want to feel good in the hand and look sleek and smooth on your desk at work or your coffee table at home, but there's no reason to use one in the Slate. Android Auto/Google Maps navigation and traffic alerts are superior to Carplay/Apple Maps anyways!
