You could do something like this https://a.co/d/072kFKjn where you insert the size you need into your existing 24mm flange, or you can buy something like this https://a.co/d/03jKGXv7 (make sure to buy the connector piece too https://a.co/d/0cVaWGbf) where it replaces your flange. I don’t know what evenflo pump looks like but if it’s like the spectra these parts should work
