Hello everybody, My goal is to help as many people as possible who is going through hard times in life. If you know someone who is going through hard times even yourself, this book would be wonderful for you. I have all positive amazing reviews on my books. I am C-PTSD with many survivors such as child molested, human trafficking, rapes, violences, abuses and many more. For long time, I refused to share what I went through because it was too painful. While I was struggling, I felt so alone and felt that nobody would understand what I was feeling and what I went through. Feeling those things were very hard on me where I had fallen off wagon finding way to cope. When my longtime therapists realized how long I had kept secrets inside me, they never gave up on me and tried to find way that I would be able to share. That was when arts came, even if I dont have to say it out loud, arts was my voices to this day. My wonderful two retired therapists continued to keep touch with me and I am now part of their life. There were so many times when I gave up, and my loves one including those wonderful therapists believed in me and never gave up on me.
