https://a.co/d/069n7UZP is the one I have. They also make rechargeable versions for about $20 more. But any 2-channel TENS machine will work, really. Settings are on the wiki or I can give you my settings (which are basically the same). I used the set of pads that it came with for like 6 months before I bought extras, and the battery it comes with lasts for ages before it needs replacement. I use my TENS machine for 20min every 1.5-2 hours with the 20minute auto off timer that’s built into it. Good luck hun.
