Something like this only needs PCI-E gen4 x1, exactly what your motherboard has. USB4 10GbE cards are expensive and tend to overheat when doing max transfer over a long period. The one with beefier radiators are even more expensive. RTL8127 has very low power consumption, around 2W, so a small radiator on the card with active airflow in the case is enough for even prolonged full speed, 10Gbit transfers.
