Any ski or bike video recorded on a phone is literally unwatchable. A GoPro is a minimum requirement for shooting any action sport. Nowadays a lot of people are recording on 360 cams. They are super cool and let you do a lot more with the editing, but they are more expensive and have a fisheye effect that is more intense than a standard go-pro If you just want to shoot simple videos of your adventures you can’t go wrong with a GoPro. Just keep in mind it can be a pain in the ass to review your footage and make watchable clips. Some people don’t like them but I highly recommend a mouth mount for recording ski videos. It’s the best perspective imo and you can take it in and out quickly if you don’t wanna be the “go-pro guy” with a camera on your head. I shot this with a mouth mount
