Awesome work! Just some ideas for some special special tools we used that are worth their weight in gold. Main Rotor PC Rod Alignment Tool: Similar to this. We had some in our shop that were custom made. Saves a ton of time, and headache. Can't find anyone else who makes them except EAA, which are contract only I believe. SEMKIT Sealant Mixer Drill Attachment: Example. Yet to find a quality one, most are made of soft aluminum. also they don't have the undercuts on the 1/4 attachment, so they just slide out of a locking chuck. I filed notches in mine, but the base material leaves a lot to be desired.
