Here's what I'm currently running: Fiber Optic USB 3.2 Data Cable: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F2H1LVB7 Powered USB HUB (Probably any would work, but these are really great IMO): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0797NZFYP Fiber Optic HDMI 2.1 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B092ZQJLP6 This works very well for me. Also, since I read a little more of the thread, I'd be weary of using a thunderbolt dock solution. I don't want to say it won't work (it very well might) but I've eschewed it so far because it's an incredibly high price buy-in and I'm very skeptical that the entire HDMI 2.1 featureset is going to work flawlessly with any man in the middle, let alone a thunderbolt conversion. Getting that video connection to be stable has been the bane of my existence for the last 4 years, and fiber optic has been the magic bullet that fixed it.
