I could see something like this working for your lower cabinets. I think the mix of being able to reach things in the back of cabinet by pulling it out and the flexibility to add separators to hold the pans and lids in place, will make them way more usable. I’d also put something like this under the sink to organize your cleaning supplies. For the top cabinets I’d suggest risers, so you can stack things, or organizers to add structure. This may not actually be the case but your pictures make it seem like you don’t have storage space that’s easily or comfortably accessible to you (the cabinets are either too high or too low, which is probably why it’s hard to keep things organized.) I would actually remove that little shelf by the fridge and put a storage cabinet there. That way you can put the things you use the most closer to you (I have this cabinet and I keep my coffee setup in the middle section, because the cabinet has a hole to pass cables through that enables you to plug appliances in.) It could also serve as a pantry, if you feel like you need that.
